父母等による成績確認について（学部学生のみ）

本学では、学生の修学状況をご理解いただき、修学を支援していただくことを目的として、学生の連帯保証人へ修得単位通知書の郵送により成績通知を行ってきましたが、令和７年度から、オンライン（Web）による成績確認へ変更します。
- 令和７年４月以降入学者については、入学時にWeb入学手続きシステムで「父母等による成績確認」の同意の有無を確認しております。同意の際に登録した父母等のメールアドレスが成績確認のアカウントになります。
- 令和６年度以前入学者のアカウント登録の手続き方法は、学生の大学メールアドレス（機構メール）あてに、教務システムのお知らせ機能を通して、通知しています。学生自身により、Microsoft Forms上での同意と登録手続きが必要です。（機構アカウントによる認証が必要です。）
- アカウントは、学生１名に対し１つです。（例えば、兄弟2名が在籍している場合は、異なるアカウント（メールアドレス）を２つ設定する必要があります。）
- 卒業や退学により、学生が本学の学部学生の身分を有さなくなった場合は、成績確認システムを利用することができません。
- 成績確認システムの利用対象は、学部に所属する学生の父母等です。大学院学生、非正規生の父母等は対象外です。

成績確認期間について
- 2025年度秋学期 成績確認期間： 2026年3月5日（木）9:00 ～ 3月27日（金）17:00
※確認期間内は、入学以降の累計の成績を確認いただくことが可能です。
※卒業生については、卒業日以降は成績を確認することができませんので、ご了承ください。
※2026年2月24日（火）～3月18日（水）15:00の間に学生が同意手続きを行った場合は、秋学期の成績確認期間は次のとおりです。（確認期間：2026年3月20日（金）9:00 ～ 3月27日（金）17:00）
※2026年3月18日（水）15:00以降に学生が同意手続きを行った場合は、2026年度春学期からの公開になります。
- 2026年度春学期 成績確認期間： 2026年9月2日（水）9:00～9月25日（金）17:00
※上記の期間以外は、成績確認システムへのアクセスはできません。なお、学生自身は上記期間外でもwebによる成績確認および成績証明書の発行が可能です。

Grade Viewing by Parents or Guardians (Undergraduate Student Only)
In order to help parents or guardians understand students’ academic progress and support their studies, beginning in 2025, parents or guardians will be able to view students' grades online during a designated period.
- To view grades online, the email address of the parent or guardian who will access the grade information is required. Students are requested to confirm whether they give consent to share their grades and to provide the email address of the parent or guardian who will access the grade information. For undergraduate students who enrolled before the 2024 academic year, please refer to the emails regarding the registration process sent to their THERS Account via the Educational Affairs System.
- Only students themselves can complete the registration process via Microsoft Forms to set up an account for viewing grade information.
- Students who are no longer enrolled at Nagoya University due to graduation or withdrawal will not be able to use the Grade Viewing System.
- Please note that the Grade Viewing System is accessible only to parents or guardians of students enrolled in undergraduate programs. Parents or guardians of graduate and non-regular students are not eligible to use this system.

* Parents or guardians will not be able to log in to the Grade Viewing System outside of the following posting periods.
The Grade Viewing Period
- Grades for the Fall Semester of the 2025 academic year: from Thursday, March 5, 2026, 9:00 a.m. to Friday, March 27, 2026, 5:00 p.m.
* During the grade viewing period, cumulative grades from enrollment will be available for viewing.
* For graduating students, parents or guardians will not be able to check their grades after the graduation date.
*If a student completes the consent procedure between Tuesday, February 24, 2026 and Wednesday, March 18, 2026, 3:00 p.m., the grade release period for the Fall Semester will be as follows: from Friday, March 20, 2026, 9:00 a.m. to Friday, March 27, 2026, 5:00 p.m.
* If a student completes the consent procedure after 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, their parents or guardians will not be able to view the student's grades for the Fall Semester of the 2025 Academic Year. Grade access will begin from the Spring Semester of the 2026 Academic Year.
- Grades for Spring semester of the 2026 academic year: from Wednesday, September 2, 2026, 9:00 a.m. to Friday, September 25, 2026, 5:00 p.m.
* Access to the Grade Viewing System is only available during the designated period. However, students are able to view their grades online and request transcripts outside of the above period.
